- The Elizabeth George Foundation awarded me a 2009 Artistic Grant for Fiction. My novel, ME AND YOU, BILLY, was a semifinalist in the 2008 Faulkner-Wisdom Competition. I'm an adjudicated member of Southern Artistry, and I teach creative writing in workshops and online.
